Common Warehouse Terms

FDA registered food grade facility
– A food-grade warehouse stores food products. Our FDA-registered building offers food-grade storage in ambient, refrigerated and frozen space.

Overflow Storage
– Overflow happens when product has nowhere to go. It can be returns, over-shipped goods, or stock backed up somewhere in your supply chain. Seasonal goods and big promotions can cause it too. You can store it with us until you need it again.

We rent space by the month, with no minimums, so you pay only for the room you use.

Warehouse Management System
– A WMS is software that tracks your inventory. It shows what you have, where it sits and what shipped. We use 3PL Central, so you can check your stock from any device.

Expedited Delivery Services
– Expedited shipping gets freight there faster than regular transit. The carrier rarely stops along the way. The shipment goes straight from pickup to delivery.

Small Package Shipments (Parcel)
– Parcel shipping moves lighter, smaller packages. A parcel usually weighs 60 pounds or less. We ship parcels by UPS, FedEx and USPS.
